Randy gave +1 a little early Christmas gift - the mobile from the Walker Art Center. Back in Muncie in our little studio apartment, we hardly had room to even set up the crib. Now in our own "crib", I feel so extravagant to have an actual baby room. Luckily, the previous owners had great taste and there own little baby, so we didn't even have to paint or prep the room. The Goat print in the background comes from a fellow Ball State Art Professor - David Johnson. Those of you into astrology may enjoy the connection that Goats represent the Capricorn sign, which is when +1 will be born. I did a trade for this print over a year ago, long before +1 was even in the picture. Interesting possible premonition. What you can't see are our hospital bags packed and sitting on the floor and the excitement that comes with finally meeting the Little One. We are still taking bets - Boy or Girl?!?!?!?!?!
